Your TONIT app is not working properly, or you think you're experiencing a glitch?

Give these troubleshooting steps a try first, most of the times they can be a quick fix. Keep in mind to check if the issue persists after each step:

  1. Force shut TONIT and reopen it.
  2. Log out from from your account and log back in (Learn more about how to log out)
  3. Restart your phone and open TONIT again.
  4. Uninstall TONIT and reinstall it.
