How to successfully track your ride

The ability to record a ride is currently in beta status, this means some of the features might not work properly.
Please check the following steps to make sure you are set up for success:
- Make sure Battery Saver/Power Saver mode is disabled while tracking, otherwise it can affect the performance of tracking your ride
- On iOS devices please set Background App Refresh to Always to avoid any errors or glitches
- On iOS devices please also set Allow Location Access to Always to continue tracking your ride even when your screen is locked
If your ride isn't saving, make sure to take a screenshot of it so you don't lose it. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions - we are here to help.
