I can't track my ride

The ability to record a ride is currently in beta status, this means some of the features might not always work properly.
Please check the following steps to make sure you are set up for success:
- Make sure Battery Saver/Power Saver mode is disabled while tracking, otherwise it can affect the performance of tracking your ride.
- On iOS devices please set Background App Refresh to Always to avoid any errors or glitches.
- On iOS devices please also set Allow Location Access to Always to continue tracking your ride even when your screen is locked.
In case you're unable to save your ride, make sure to take a screenshot of it so you don't lose it.
